what are the capabilities of your analysis software?
with ecgAUTO software you can:
- measure a wide range of parameters including intervals, amplitudes, ST-segment elevation, wave areas/durations…
- perform QT correction
- use our predefined parameters or define the specific parameters you need
- perform heart rate variability (HRV) analysis
- detect arrhythmias or isolated P waves

The hrv module available with ecgAUTO can be used to perform hrv analysis on your ecg data.
For customers performing high-throughput screening in mice, we can provide a complete solution involving ecgTUNNEL, our restraining device for obtaining ecg signals from conscious mice and rats.
Key features: quick and easy setup and short adaptation time.
We offer everything you need to perform telemetry studies from conscious freely moving subjects of all sizes: hardware, software and a range of services to accompany you every step of the way: on-site demonstration, installation, initial and ongoing assistance & training, support, maintenance and validation.
The transmitter may be implanted subcutaneously (implantable telemetry) or worn by the subject (noninvasive telemetry).
Most of our customers use ecgAUTO to read data files generated by iox acquisition software.
Several file convertors have been developed for customers who do not use iox to acquire their data. For example, if you acquire from DSI implants in telemetry studies, you may use an ecgAUTO module to convert Dataquest A.R.T. data files into data files that can be read by and analysed by ecgAUTO. However, another potential solution in this specific case is to use emka TECHNOLOGIES' direct DSI link that allows you to perform real-time acquisition in iox from DSI implants.
To facilitate cross-compatibility between different proprietary software, most acquisition programs allow you to export data files in a plain text format. These files can be imported into ecgAUTO; furthermore, you have precise control over what to import.
This is possible!
Recent versions of our acquisition software are able to acquire video. The most common application is telemetry in large animals, in which a video stream is acquired at the same time as physiological data from the emkaPACK transmitter.
Video files are recorded as separate files and linked to physiological data files for simultaneous playback. In this way, when you review your data, you can keep only video files in which a noteworthy event occurred, and delete the other ones (during subsequent playbacks, "dead" links are simply skipped). This saves valuable storage space!
Contact us if you want to upgrade your existing acquisition software or activate video capability of your existing software. We can give you advice about choosing a compatible video camera with the options you need (infrared dark, level of liquid protection etc.)
The video signal is synchronized with the physiological signals. The video stream may be integrated into the data file or stored in separate files.
The top half of the ecg signal and synchronized video screencapture hows analyzed ecg data. The window in the bottom right plays a short video sequence associated with the selected ecg complexes.
ecgAUTO is capable of analyzing normal or abnormal ecg morphology, from any species and any lead.
It derives its power from the pioneering analysis algorithm that identifies ecg waveforms by comparing them to waveforms contained in a library. There is no limit to the number of reference waveforms in a library or the number of libraries you can create (typically users create one library for each species).
As you build up and refine your library - by adding, removing, editing and importing waveforms - ecgAUTO gets better at analyzing!
Don't take our word for it. If you are finding it difficult to analyze a strip of ecg data with your current tools, send it to us and we will return the analyzed results!
We have developed an amplifier for use in a glp environment.
The amplifier can record 6-lead or 12-lead ecg. It is glp compliant as the cards have no connectors or user accessible settings - only a switch for selecting the mode (calibration or measurement).
ecgAUTO can detect isolated P waves. They are shown on graph, reported as a parameter and listed in a specific independent list.
