wire setups - are the simplest to install and run.
Fully wired setups allow the acquisition of up to 12-lead ecg from restrained conscious or unconscious animals.
The electrodes are connected to an amplifier containing 1 or 2 cards, for 6-lead or 12-lead ecg respectively. Cards have adjustable gain and filter settings. The amplifier is connected to the acquisition card on the PC via the interface box.
Acquisition is performed in iox and analysis in ecgAUTO.
For glp studies, emka TECHNOLOGIES offers an amplifier with no connectors on cards and no user-accessible settings - only a switch for selecting the mode (calibration or measurement)…
This is the simplest solution, technically speaking, for acquiring from conscious large animals
