The emkaPACK transmitter is the central component of our noninvasive emkaPACK telemetry system, an advanced solution for toxicology and safety pharmacology laboratories interested in recording ecg and other physiological signals from freely moving large animals.
The emkaPACK transmitter can be configured to record:
A 3-axis accelerometer inside the emkaPACK provides a single composite signal reflecting the animal's activity level.
The emkaPACK runs on two everday AA/R6 batteries providing continuous ecg + activity recordings of 3 days.
Each emkaPACK is highly customizable to meet your exact needs: for example options are available to record additional signal types such as blood pressure from a VAP or from an occlusive cuff.

emkaPACK receiver 4d
This receiver is adapted to emkaPACKs being used in ToE setups (telemetry over ethernet). The "d" refers to the fact that the signal from the receiver is digital not analog.
Each receiver box contains 4 receivers, each of which is, at any one time, tuned to a specific frequency and forms a pair with the emkaPACK transmitter tuned to that same frequency.
